FAQ's

Q: Do you deliver?
A: We do not currently deliver or ship our products, to any location in Australia or internationally. We can only facilitate pick up at this stage, which is easily arranged at one of our studio locations. 

Q: I've made my purchase and recieved a confirmation email, what happens now?
A: One of our friendly staff with be in touch within the next 24-48 hours of your purchase, via the contact details you provided upon checkout. 

Q: How do I receive my purchase?
A: Once your item/s have reached our warehouse and are available to recieve, we will bring your order to your students class for you to pick up. Alternatively, we can arrange for pick up at a time that suits you, from one of our studio locations. 

Q: What if I am not enrolled in any Geelong Dance Movement classes? Will I be able to make a purchase?
A: Of course! We will be in touch and arrange pick up at one of our studio locations.

Q: I'm not sure if my order was processed?
A: If you come across any concerns and issues regarding your online purchase including checkout or payment, please email hello@geelongdancemovement.com.au.
